- free-thought ideology (collaboration with regular armies is difficult)

- Loyalty: the ideology of self-rule. Does not obey regular-army orders (only equal cooperation with PCs).
#25-06-04. Saracen Sipahi (Saracen Sipahi) — the guard cavalry of the Ottoman Sultan
