- Added: successor NPC connection to the master Yagyu Muneyoshi (柳生宗嚴). Advice in a crisis. Access to the secret manual "Life-Giving Sword (活人劍)."
- Restriction: Must carry out the master's secret mission. You must seek "how to win without using the sword" — the master is disappointed by needless killing.

- Added: secret master — nameless blind monk NPC. Access to mantra (mahamantra) secret manual. Instruction in making a vajra (金剛杵).
- Restriction: "Those who use sound as a weapon are eaten by sound." After using a Shingon Exorcism School technique, all Negotiation/command checks -3 within that round (the voice is corroded by mantra). Abuse causes permanent voice alteration — if used for 3 consecutive rounds, the GM triggers a "spiritual corrosion" event.

- Restriction: treated as a "foreigner." Negotiation -2 with conservative factions (Hiei League, Ikko-ikki). No fellow disciples/dojos.

- Restriction: "A physician sometimes must treat an enemy." Refusing a treatment request from an incapacitated enemy triggers an expulsion check.
